ProStart is a two-year career and technical education program that focuses on teaching culinary arts and restaurant management skills.
Alaska ProStart's goal is connecting our youth to industry and growing the Alaska State Hospitality Industry by utilizing the "Foundations" curriculum. "Foundations" is a nationally accredited curriculm developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. This curriculm trains high school students and readies them for careers in the Hospitality sector.
